BFR
Ok - here is something that is bound to get the juices pumping and mass debate flowing Today, I went for a job interview. It went pretty well though my gut instinct tells me I won't be getting it. However, supposing it is offered to me I have something of a dilemna. The job seems quite interesting and has a path for career progression. Added into that the fact I have been out of work for two months and Christmas is around the corner, means I'm pretty short of cash and so getting a job, any job, is pretty vital. All being well I will be offered the job. Here is the catch. It is in W*king. How am I supposed to deal with that??? Part of me is enthusiastic about the possibility of working again and doing a job that I believe I will enjoy. The other part of me feels nauseous, wants a divorce from the other side of me and is likely to cause me pain in the very near future. So then pop pickers - do I swallow all pride, disregard every ounce of decency and lose any respect I have among the Slough Town community just so that I can earn a living???? It is a tough one. I await your verdict
Ian
Think positively, BFR. Take the job (if offered) and use the opportunity to educate the inhabitants of Woking of the error of their ways and start preaching the Gospel of the Rebels among them!
