alex has an amazimg ability to play football and has helped slough town out this season which all of you supporters have recognised and should realise that sooner or later he is going to move on to bigger n better clubs.conference at least. come on the haddows!

obviously we cant stop him from going the talent he has would be better suited to a higher league, wed just prefer him to wait until the end of the season if he was going to leave

Its a fair point you make anon - especially the bigger and better bit as I wouldn't say either Salisbury or Eastleigh are better or bigger than us. If Alex moves upwards then certainly that is not to be begrudged, to move sideways or possibly backwards does not seem like a good move. However, if Eastleigh come up with a top package for him then I'm not sure people could blame him for that. That he hasn't jumped ship straight away says to me he values more than just money which is refreshing in non-league football.

We all realise that he will move on at some point, but would like it to be to bigger and better things. When he eventually goes we will wish him all the best and follow his career with interest. But NOT yet PLEASE!!!!!
