Couldn't the Cray game have been played at Southwood or somewhere else closer to home like Herne Bay or Whitstable ?

 

Might have been a good chance to drum up some publicity - get the public out in force as a show of strength, etc. A walk from Margate to Southwood perhaps ?

 

We'll be lucky to get 100 for a KSC game with Cray at Ashford.

 

Not having a go but it's mystifying - or are we duty bound to play every possible game at Ashford under the terms of the groundshare agreement ?

Might be worth getting used to a ground such as Southwood might it not? It may be that our destiny lies there. Still got heaps of hope though having said that,that that wont be the case! Agree, nearer home the better!
