Yes, provided they checked the referee's report after the match - but the referee most certainly did get his book out - (I had already noted it down, and was waiting to see what colour the card was going to be, in eager anticipation of a red one).

 

He put his book away again, so assume it was not a booking - hence my comment "when is a booking not a booking".

 

Apologies for my earlier typo - it was on 72 mins, (I typed it as 52).

 

I was on the phone after the match, letting my wife know the score, and using words like "filthiest side this season", "disgraceful", "bunch of -----", completely fogetting that the people around me, with red scarves on, were Hayes supporters. However, no one attempted to disagree.
