Fantastic start to the season with a double bill of the best show on t'telly <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

 

I counted the deaths and i *Think* it was 43 <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

I haven't seen the second episode yet, but the almost bonkers pacing of the first episode was unreal.

Used to be on BBC 2 but Sky One showed series three and series four started last night. Excellent if completely ridiculous.

 

I think your body count Woody may be on the conservative side. Incredibly fast paced and to me it was the best start to any one of the series. Something to make Sunday's worthwhile.

Easily the best start although there is so many new people in the show but i'll get used to that.

 

I'm pretty sure the train crash only had 34 deaths 3 people dead in that office and 5 bodygaurds and the head of field ops at CTU

There was the guy who was operating the gate at the train station as well. He got shot just after the head of field ops. Then there was the internet hackers mum......although we have ruined some of episode two for the King of Crap and I hate spoilers.

if you really want me to, I could give you spoilers from where they are in the staes right now. Believe me I read spoilers about what was going on in the hotel about six weeks before it happened in the last series, and it didn't ruin my enjoyment one bit

I thought it was a bit of slow burning episode of 24 last night but that was no bad thing.

 

Jack could not shoot the tyres Woody because then the terrorist would know he was being followed and that would have ruined the plan. A more sensible option may have been to let the air out of one of the tyres but Jack is a bit more gung-ho so why not stage a hold up. It will be useful to have a bit of extra cash around as the series progresses.

 

I like the fact that mrs. Araz is completely bonkers, cannot control her eyes and looks like she is auditioning for the Scottish play.
