No your all wrong a Moterway is a way of doing things like a Blairway or a Bushway.

 

A Mote is a speck of dust and the "r" represents freedom. So a "moterway" is a way of dust doing stuff freely.

I think they changed it from Spastics Society to Scope because Spastics (or Scopes as their now known) couldn't say Spastics. So when they turned up at their centre thingy they would say Spastics Society. This didn't make sense obviously, so now all they have to d is say scope.
