I'm thinking a battling draw myself.

 

I just hope that this week's events will lead to the ditching of the 'long-ball hoofing to a target man rubbish' & back to the more beautiful passing game.

 

We have the players to play that way.

I can see the game going either the good way or the bad way. The first scenario being that the players respond the Andy's resignation with a emphatic victory because they play out of their skins and want to prove a point. Or Andy's departure means that we get a thumping because the players have lost heart and feel there is not much point in playing their skins out. Personally I think with the two Maccas at the helm, the first scenario will occur(hopefully).

I'm with FF, keep the ball on the deck with simple one touch passes, control the pace and take every bleeding chance in front of goal.. None of this 'hoofing' it up the field and hoping our leading man will collect it... he won't..!!

I would like to see a tight line at the back with all our defence working in unison, and our mid-field feeding the strikers simple balls to allow them to run at their defence...!

Set play will probably win the game for us, or it will be our demise...!!!

This is ColtheJock on his girlfriends's PC!!! I thought wetried to play football at times on Tuesday night and when we did we looked the better team!!! I hope that the two maccas try and play football and we have somesuccess with it. We do need to start taking our chances to give us a boost, so let's hope the goals start to come soon. A battling draw would be a boost and then we have the FA Trophy game with Histon to come!!!!
