Hmmmm. Kinnear. In the conference, he took Margate to er.....mid-table. In other words, no better than Andy Ford.

 

With Chris Kinnear, we'd get the added bonus of 'being only a small club' after every defeat, with 'the pitch didn't suit us' thrown in for added measure.

apart from last year kinnear has never finish below 10th in any league with both dover and git and last year the players never got paid said jay and graham <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Yes they were a great team and he was pretty good,but as a player,definitely not the man for us he doesn't impress me at all as a manager.

Too loud, too animated, always has an excuse - it was the pitch, the wind, colour of the socks, they had too many players, the ref, lino, crowd were too quiet, too far to travel, too many games recently, no luck etc, etc, etc.

Do we REALLY want someone like that?

Are you still planning to go full-time? That would put CK off. He has a nice teaching job and does not want to quit that to risk getting sacked by a chairman after a few months. If he wanted to leave Margate he would have done so by now.
