He wasn't there a whole season AFF nowhere near long enough for the Essex boys to learn anything. Mind you he lasted longer than most of their players and nearly as long as the club.

 

I wonder what their crowds will be in Ryman 2?

Hope Andy can come along to the Trophy game and take the fans applause for his efforts over the last 8 years - yes, we've had our troubles, but even the best have had times when things dont go to plan - the obvious example being Alex Ferguson and Man U when they were relegated or at least struggled badly for a period - Man U stood by him, and look what happened subsequently.

Much respect to Andy Ford for the comments he made. He has done a tremendous job for Gravesend & Northfleet and can be proud of those achoevements. I have supported the team throughout his reign and it has brought me several days of extreme enjoyment. The Ryman League clincher at Bedford and the whipping of Margate in the KSC Final are the two that stick in my mind. Best of luck in the future to Mr Ford from me.
