Andy Ford quits as Gravesend manager

I see that Andy Ford has quit as Gravesned manager. It seems a very strange decision. I know they haven't been doing that well lately but he has done a great job getting them into the conference and keeping them there.

Maybe some Gravesend fans can shed some more light on it. Maybe he has another job lined up.

i supose Hill would have been in the conference next season if Hornchurch hadn't gone bust any way.

Its somewhat a bit of a shock for us. Last Saturday was the 1st signs of booing at the final whistle. favourite at moment is Andy Hessanthaler

from Gills, but can`t see that. Don`t think anyone here wants Mr Hill. THEN AGAIN .... WE ARE PLATING DAGGERS SAT !

You speak for yourself. I think that Hill might be a good appointment, if it were to happen.

I think it was all sorted a week or 2 ago--- Hill was on radio on Sat saying he would only go to a Conference side -- maybe I'm wrong -but sounds about right, geographically etc

heard last week that ford was going to leave and hill was going to take over as new manager but i took no notice as i couldnt see ford wanting to leave or the fans wanting him out. i cant see Andy Hessanthaler taking the job to be honest
