This company was formed as FRUS ran out of road - and how has the Scooter Boutique, (there's a company operating under that name in Queen Street Maidenhead - anything to do with this?) suddenly become a Football Club,on 17th July this year, and which is already starting to get behind in providing the required information!

 

Just what is going on? I can't wait to see the official explanation!

This all looks fun! According to Ryman League, as far as they are concerned FRUS run Slough Town FC and as they are in liquidation Slough Town are suspended from the Isthmian League immediately!

You can't trust the man and ya know it!

But as per usual its the poor old mug fans left wondering what is really going on.

1 Is Martin Deaner actually chairman

2 Why is Slough suspended if FRUS is just a dead old company which hasnt done business for 14 months (If it is a dead old company, what is the company running STFC for past 14 months, paying bills etc)

3 What is the scooter boutique about - can management answer.

4 What are the certain conditions to get the order taken off.

These questions carry a lot more value if you at least have a name (or nickname), but they are very valid points, and I will put them forward to the club tomorrow should I be able to get hold of anyone with them resolving the current issue.

Gary, why are genuine, pertinent questions from an anonymous Slough Town fan less valuable than those from someone with a name or nickname? If so, why not change the username from the automatic anonymous? I know you cannot answer the questions posed but the fans are left woefully ill informed at all times. This statement from Roy whilst encouraging is little more than was already reported. Someone anyone with intimate knowledge of the running of the club should give us the loyal fans regular updates and not just in times of upmost crisis. It has taken me two minutes to write this and that is all it would take and is all that we ask.

Probably Anonymous above, and there are other "no names", had the same as me. On the old board I posted under name and then you get prats coming up at games to argue the toss when you want to watch the pitch, or just annoying dicks pointing you out from the moaning lot on the side.

But yes good questions.

Here's mine. Why does STFC even need to get the Customs Excise order removed if FRUS isnt used? Lets face it we must be talking dosh here.

STFC is a black comedy classic, we know it now if we werent sure before. The statement says Do'nt Panic. Did any one else think of Corp Jones in Dad's Army. A bunch of buffoons never quite reeady to fight the war as the summers of hell come round. They don't like it up them.

Sticking with comedy surely the company running STFC must be that world-wide congomerate Trotters Independant Traders. After all we are talking a BIG TIT here. And a Reliant Rob is one wheel up from a scooter.

I would suggest that Mr Deaner and Co. are asked for a full and frank statement on the affair. If you are like myself and have no idea of what is involved in running football club/company, confusing and conflicting statements and speculation, even well intentioned, just exasperate the situation. I say lets just wait and see what transpires over the next few weeks, at least it would seem that we still have a team of sorts to follow, for this season at least.

We have had 4 years of uncertainty, unprofessional management, irresponsible behavior, and nerve jangling deadlines, all have which have seen our once proud club decline in non-league terms as a once power to Rymans North league, our supporters although holding our own in this particular league have declined in 4 years from 800ish to 300ish, anyone still supporting this maggot are blind, deaf, braindead and retarded. After this debacle he should never have control of another football club.
