More Money!

Recommended Posts

The subject of late seems to be how to raise more money so new players can be brought in with a view to go full time!

Now the club has attained Beauwaters old clubhouse, maybe it is time for the Club/Trust to start putting social occasions on in the fine facilities they have aquired

Dances and Dinners with Speakers are two things that spring to mind......I'm sure other people can come up with more ideas!

Get a decent Marketing team together at the Fleet who can drive awareness and promote a very viable brand. Then and only then will the money start rolling in.

Granted, it's not the Ritz, but there is a lot of potential there for some well planned functions to take place.

Good start will be the web-site. If any business wants to develop/move forward, the web-site is the easiest, cheapest and most effective tool.

I agree with Number 8, the marketing of the club seems to have suffered recently and only certain people (i.e the Chairman) know why for sure. We need to investigate every avenue and make the best of the facilities. The purchase of Beauwaters is a step forward (if this is confirmed). It gives the club a place to train locally and provides the chance to use the clubhouse to generate some revenue as well. Hope we can make progess in this area.
