Can't agree more with the fact Aldershot were good up front. They outpaced us most times and this is the only thing negative with the Bunce/Mccarthy partnership.

The third goal was great for them, from what I remember he looked to be going out wide, and ended up pulling off a great shot straight into the far corner.

They would have outpaced every centre half combination we have had for 5 years.
Our quickest pairing at presentv would be Porter (when fit) and Popovic. Even they would have struggled.
Like I said, no shame in being outclassed.
Good thing D'sane is injured and Challinor only played for 5 minutes.
The fact is Aldershot have top rate strikers a plenty, whilst we don't.

hmmm, any one else findin anon poster a bit of an annoyance.

IMO we were poor yesterday, and change is neccessary if we are going to turn around what has became a bit of dissapointing season. Im not sure what changes are needed, whether on or off the pitch, but something is missing.

I think repleasing Fordy at this time would be a bit of an extremity considering that if asked 3 years ago, would you be happy with 14th in the conference, most of us would of said yes.

If things continue and relgation looks a dead cert mayby then would be the time to review Andy's postion, but as it stands i think it would be a bad idea.

I have been a season ticket holder at Chelsea for fifteen years now and as I have said next season I will give it up to watch Gravesend full time. If Gravesend and Chelsea are at home on the same day well that depends. Unfortunatly this has happened three times this season and have choose Gravesend twice (including yesterday) but opted to watch Chelsea v Southampton instead of watch Gravesend beat York City 4-0.

The other game was Carlisle which was an easy option as I've always wanted to see Carlisle play. Chelsea meanwhile played Everton who I have seen many times.

Games in future remain to be seen. On March the nineteenth Chelsea play Palace while Gravesend play Canvey. Sky have already announced who they will be showing and it's not Chelsea. I'll probably choose Canvey though as I've never seen them play.

The other one that springs to mind is the last game of the season against Burton Albion on April the 23rd.

It will on this date exactly 50 years ago that Chelsea clinched the title with victory over Sheffield Wednesday, on the day this season we play Fulham. It's three days after the Arsenal game and after the Fulham game ourselves along with our fellow title contenders will only have three more fixtures left to play. If it stood like that now we would be champions. This game is going to be very hard to turn down. History could repeat it's self on this day and if it does.........then I'll make my mind up at the time. But if I don't go to Gravesend then I'll send a cheque to the value of twelve pounds fifty to encompass my entrance fee were I to attend and a Match Day Programme.

If you still reading this by this stage I thank you, if not why not? Don't answer that you can't read it anyway. Sorry to ramble on so long but for some reason, I don't know why, but I felt like I had to explain myself to an unregistered smurf.

Cheers FF thank you very much <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" />

Theres loads of disenchanted premiership fans in the area, and this will grow with Chelseas envitable domination.

Theres a few already that have become regulars at the Fleet over the past few seasons, and the aim is to attract the others.

Lets hope the season ticket promotions that went on last season continue for next.
