What can you say, poor game, poor ref, poor team performance.

Positives from the game would have to be Manny, by far our best player I thought, Sureys first half performance (gave it away too much in the 2nd), and Bunces headers.

Personally I thought the shots were good up front but didn't impress me as much as other teams have.

There third goal was a very good goal, but goals one and two both came about because of individual defensive mistakes. If these hadn't of happened it could of easily ended 1-1. Undeserved though that would be for us.

We seem to have seen a slow deteriaration in performances since we went off the boil. At first we seemed hard done by. Then we would dominate possesion and not make use of it. Now we seem unable to keep possesion for any lengthy period. Passing is poor.

The comments I heard from some other people on the way out summarized the day up. "For a fiver I might take up that offer by Charlton for a coach up to there for matches." And in the gents "I paid money to watch this! Wasn't it your idea to come here?" "Yeh sorry about that"

There were too many players off form today and others who probably werent 100% fit - Proths, and Surey probably arent fully fit at the moment, but Andy's forced to play them because of other injuries to Drury and Mckimm - even Manny possibly isnt 100% despite his obvious efforts in the game.

Gleds had a dreadful game today - his errors cost both the second and third today.

Only Pullen, Manny and Moussa really looked reasonable today - had it not been for Pullen, Aldershot would have won by a street - three excellent one on one saves. i suppose I could add Bunce and Mcarthy to the list, as neither did anything especially wrong, but they werent stars either.

What was really disappointing was the lack of passion about the team.

Something has definitely gone pear shaped.

On the man of match; ok Pullen can kick, but there were a couple of instances today when he seem anchored to his goal line. Crosses he should have come and claimed he didn’t which left the defence in a bit of disarray. Roy seems well off the boil at the moment.

I don’t mind if we lose if I can go home thinking it was down to hard luck, but the every member of the team gave 110 percent. I've not had this feeling in the last 3 home games.

The classic was when their player got injured before the drop ball fiasco (the ref was poor). While he was being treated it seemed our players were having a bit argument in the centre circle! One punter behind me remarked “May be they are introducing themselves to each other”.

The group behind the goal (with the drum), all credit to you! You manage to sing for the lads after that performance. I want to in my heart, but they are making flipping difficult for me!

I was looking today for a reason to make a special journey up to Stonebridge Road on Tuesday. On today performance I've not found that reason.

Tend to agree with most of your comments Alan but, although he made a couple of errors, Gleds had more fire in his belly than the rest of the team put together. What has happened to the players / club???

Immediate changes required. Interesting threads on Confguide... may be something in it as BK was missing for most of the 2nd half.

No denying it . It was a poor performance today, in which we were second best in all departments.

Poor defensively, too many indecisive moments.

Poor in midfield, we could not string more a couple of passes together

Poor upfront - Manny worked hard and ran tirelessly , but that was about that.

Jacko whacking the ball straight at Skins in the centre circle summed our performance up, it was riddled with errors.

Pullen probably just edged our MOM , but he Macca2 and Bunce looked uncomfortable and lacked understanding,.

Brian and Andy need to think long and hard behind that closed door about how to turn this around. But the conclusion does not have to mean that either departs.

Okay you lot are not going to like the begining of this but stay with it and you'll like the end.

My other team won today making records all over the place, seventh straight win and not a goal since "that" freekick against the Arsenal. Were also 11 points clear.

However I feel gutted, why? Because the Fleet lost agian. Normally when Chelsea win nothing can bring me down, but tonight has really and finally proved to me that I am Fleet through and through.
