Information on the Fleet needed?

Good morning, my friend is gathering some information on local sports clubs and sports facilities as part of his university degree and is completing a section on Gravesend and Northfleet FC.

 

I wonder if someone would be so knowledgeable as to answer the following questions…

 

1) Do GNFC own the Stonebridge Road stadium at which they play? If not what agreement is in place?

 

2) Do GNFC own any other facilities such as training facilities or medical centres within the area, and do they have any organised youth teams or academies?

 

3) Who owns the club? Is it owned by shareholders, a family, or an individual? If a large investor were to surface, wanting to buy a significant proportion of the club, would this be welcomed or greeted with hostility.

 

4) With the recent football club takeovers being mentioned in the media, hypothetically, what would the value of GNFC be, and what kind of money would have to be paid for an individual to buy complete control of the club?
