I think I'd rather have Pollock than Shoaib or Lee - just because they are among the fastest doesn't mean they are the best. In fact, it often makes them among the most inconsistent.

But when they get it right, they are amazing. i would sooner have ntini than pollock. he is too boring and reliable. Not the same as he was when he was paired with donald. back in the day he was awesome i grant you, but his days are numbered.

d steyn looks promising from what i have seen this series. and heard on talksport.

How ba dis that, the only time i can watch is when i am round ma and pa's or on a break at work. talksport at home for me.

i need sky, anyone wanna contribute?

PLEASE

Every team need reliable players, whatever the sport, so in no way is it a negative quality. Flashes of brillance are needed as well, and I think the England cricket teams good run stems from the fact the one or two players have performed above average in certain games while they have been backed up by reliable performances, much like the Australians!!! Roll on the Ashes in the summer, which will be the true acid test for Michael Vaughan and his team.
