Ground requirements

 

These are intended to be implemented in 2006/7. As well hopefully be looking to play in step 2 by that stage, this is something we should be looking at. Some of the stuff i dont have a clue if we meet or not (eg. average brightness of our floodlights).

Its also interesting that the requirements for step 2 are not all that different from step 1 (ie conference)
