How Long Have You Been Following the Club.

So how about a Margate fans account of how long we have been supporting the club. Our names and years following and supporting the club will do. Just name and amount of years. Even anons who follow the club please do so. If you know of people who DO follow the club but dont for some reason come onto here then pleae include them. Rough estimate of years will do.Will be interesting to see how far back we can go with the support from LIVING people. Wanna get a printout to give to council on first deadline of 14 days. I will start it off.

Since 1959 Margate versus Exeter City.

I liked Exeter at the time .Mum knitted me a bobble hat with red on one side and white i think on the other. I was hooked. Though only took in 25 or so TU games(see memories on Jeff T's brilliant history site) prob 500 to 700 games in all, <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

52 years,up to this season.Unable to travel to Ashford,because of ill health,too far .Was informed by KP in August people like me have given up on the club.That is the honest truth.If I was well enough I would have flattened him.Not every one thinks the sun shines out of his *****!!

Although I took the kids when they were very young they have stuck with the club with me through out good and bad times.

All my life really so +40 years. Dad was a Margate player in the late 50's early 60's.

I know what you mean but that was when I first remember seeing Margate but dont know what year.
