Your Urchin-Aid questions answered.... hopefully!

Recommended Posts

The Urchin Aid monies are broken down as follows:

£6,050.50 Total Income from Urchin Aid

Less

-£180.00 Unpaid auction bids

-£70.00 Printing of Urchin Aid tickets

-£200.00 Coach for Boston game

-£1,100.00 Loan to club for previously ordered new club ties

-£2,500.00 Money to injured players who had not received a wage

-£500.00 Money to make up players wages for 7January2004

-£80.00 Raffle prizes purchased

CURRENT BALANCE £1,420.50

We were hoping to put the rest of these funds towards the away travel costs as travelling fans have been paying £15.00 each for their seats on the coach, but if anyone else has a better idea, please let us know.

I hope this clears things up once and for all? Any questions please ask, I'm sure myself, and1inthetree or keemo can be of assistance.

as not everybody can get to every away match, why not pick one away day, say Weymouth & lay on as many coaches as possible and we'll all have a jolly day out.

we could write a book about it - 5 (hundred) go mad in Dorset.

just an idea mind...

However tempting more free coaches sound, do you think that the money could go towards more important areas, for example helping to pay some of the club's remaining debts?

Just a suggestion. We must be careful not to sqander the hard-earned money (not that you need telling that)...I'll leave it up to your impeccable judgments! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
