Steve and myself, went over to watch Brentwood v Tilbury in the Eastern Floodlight League Competition.

 

My first ESL ground of the season, as Braintree had a blank mid week at 1st Team / U18's.

 

Brentwood went 1.0 up on 35 mins an effort from the centre circle.

 

Tilbury equalized on 41. 1.1

Tilbury took the lead 54. 1.2

69 Brentwood get a penalty, Tilbury keeper saves it Ref orders it to be re-taken, Brentwood this time score from it 2.2

 

75 Brentwod score 3.2

88 Brentwood seal the victory with a goal in the top corner to make it 4.2.

 

The lead changed hands 3 times, exciting from a neutral point of view.

In their prog, it mentioned B&P, also Romford got a mention for this weekend.

 

It cost £4 to get in, 50p for a prog, gate was about 30.

 

Thanks for the offer Zody but Sat 29th, I can't make that, Saturday 29th we play Hendon away.

 

Any spare Tuesdays apart from the 1st Feb I can make, until the Bryco cup draw is made. (1st Feb Away to Framlingham - The U18's)
