You've done pretty well there Below Sea Level and would probably agree with all of that.

However, there is still plenty of the season to go and due to our performances players still have a chance to prove themselves.

Not sure that Chenners would go as he's always been a bit of a favourite - although his opportunities may start to dwindle.

Would like to see Williamson have another crack as I think he could do a job for us still.

JK - hasn't really made a noticable impact this season and may lose out. Same with Duffers.

With the players who are left - do you think they are a top of the Conference challenging side?

You didn't include Pearson in your over view.

If Greggors leaves would Junior leave as well? Lee and Junior don't play well together - so would you build around Lee with two new strikers.

Would agree with at least 5 possibly a couple more. Midfield sometimes gets over ran and our defence could certainly do with some more "Conference" hardened souls.

What about those that we don't seem to hear about? E,g.

Hallet

Bourne

Gordon

Ryan Harrison

Glen Johnson

Will Mario Noto be snapped up? How many more Reserves will be promoted to the First XI Squad - Corbell? Fletcher? etc.

Well, according to the official website Matt Joseph has been placed on the transfer list - so there's one off the list along with Gavin Cowan. An ex-league player who didn't really make that much of an impression. Wonder, who's decision and what the reasons are.

Felt Matt was OK but possibly lacked the build when coming up against some of the bigger Conference players. He used to get forward but possibly lacked the pace or the skill to get around people and was then tackled off the ball.

Matt Josepth has only had one really good game and that was exeter away, got forward well and defended well, other than that i have not been impressed with him.

In that list i agree with the people you have kept but i would also keep greggors and ashley. also like to think by the time the end of season comes, greg pearson will be a canvey player

Not been that impressed with Matt Joseph. He seems too lightweight for the Conference. I can't see Smithy or Ty being at the club next season and I have a sneaking feeling Duffers could go as well.

Think no one done good against Aldershot. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

I bow to CIFC Islander that he played well at Exeter - he's not one who stood out to me that much on the day - felt Exeter was a very good team performance, but don't remember him standing out. IMHO his performances have generally been pretty consistent, but not outstanding.

Don't remember Ty standing out that much last year - probably my poor memory though. However, he came to the club with a history of injury problems which didn't effct him playing in the Ryman. However, I don't think the club would keep a player who could potentially have another long term injury. Don't think the club will throw good money after bad.

Do you think Dobbo will stay - he's had a long term back injury, I believe. Back injuries are notoriously bad and prone to return - so will the club keep the faith in him?

Your right everyone did have a good game against exeter, it was a great team performance but that is the only game i remember joseph playing well.

I cant see us keeping ty if he keeps getting injured and he didint really impress me last season either, will always remeber his goal away at kettering though it was great chip over the keeper from about 23 yrds. got applaur's from the kettering fans aswell.

Hopefully dobbo will come back the same player he was before he got injured as we could do with a player like him in the midfield
