Nick Harrhy has been released.

Rumour has it he may turn out for Welling tomorrow at Weston Super Mare, which is a local match for him.

Thanks Roy <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

To be fair, Mooro is in his thirties now, and it's not often you see players of that age move for fees in non-league.

It's hard to believe he's gone from being our player of the season to out of the squad in the space of only half a year's worth of football, but I suppose that's the nature of non-league football - the door is constantly revolving.

As previously mentioned, as long as Bunce is as good as he appears to be (however, we are only judging him on one match, which may be unwise), hopefully this loss won't be felt too greatly.

Best of luck for the future, Mooro.

that is a very good point. V disappointing

On another note, harrhy had a good future with us, why have we let him go. he looked hungry to imress whenever i saw him. admittedly it was only a couple of times but there you go.

I suppose with Chris not getting 1st team footie it was inevitable that he would be offloaded.

But what a season for us last year, many man of the match performances and a knack of notching the goal or two.

One of the highlights of last season was the comeback from 2 nil down at the Deva, all seemed lost until Mooro popped up with 2 goals from set pieces. The change in atmosphere at the stadium was priceless.

Thanks for the memories and good luck.
