An impeccable source has told me Andy Ford will be sacked very soon and Chris Kinnear will be the new Manager. This is not meant to be a muck raking post just a heads up. What a total load of twaddle. Andy ford won't get the sack. After losing Ade Pennock, the board won't want to lose a top manager as well. And who says the fans would want dare I say it, Chris Kinnear, after the way the Git are performing at the moment. 4th from bottom isn't it?

Even if, and there's probably more chance of Pullen scoring again, Ford does get the sack, why, would Kilcullen and the board bring in a manager as ridiculous as Kinnear? Why would you bring in a manager from a lower league, when he could probably scout for a manager higher up the pyramid.

Think your'e being a bit unfair to Kinnear's management record. Has performed miracles these last couple of years with a very low budget and all the problems we've had. His record is real good and his loyalty under strong and immense pressure despite other offers has been impeccable.

I dont always agree with his tactics and team formations but for what he's done for us and at dover he must surely be classed as more than above average. Come on give him his due!

Even Ade Pennocks new side are higher than Margate in the league. It wouldnt suprise me if Kilcullen took over as manager. He seems to do every other job!!!

He didn't get rid of Aitken, he left by mutual consent. Didn't like the bloke anyway, he refused point blank to help me with my coursework, whereas Kilcullen was very helpful. I'd rather have Kilcullen at the club than Aitken any day.

 

As for Chris Kinnear, enough said already, he won't manage Gravesend, he won't be given the chance, coz ford isn't going anywhere.

What really shows that this claim is complete pants is the fact that the Manager's job at G&N is a full-time job and CK has already turned down the chance to be a full-time manager because he didn't want to give up his teaching job.

Nearly 12 hours since the original post and still no announcement of Fordy's sacking. These impeccable sources don't look very clever so far do they? Anyway, word has it that if Parmineter takes control of Dover he will ask Kinnear to go there with him.....................If you put your ear to the ground, there are MUCH better rumours circulating about G&N.F.C !! Next departures to Welling? Pinnock, Jacko, Moore, Shearer - if they had the money!!
