Let Jimmy get more involved in taking our free kicks, penalties and corners then we can judge him, ater all he excelled at those setplay pieces in the past (In the Ryman, I know!)and everybody loved him. It might give him the confidence he needs. Also I think he plays better as an attacking defender (he's been in midfield lately?) and would have been a safer bet at Crawley on Boxing day than Rous-Lovell. Forgive me if I'm wrong its just my opinion

 

On the set piece front:

I guess skins is first in line to take the kicks etc. I sense there is a clash sometimes between him and Proths (our other ball player) and usually skins gets the shout. So Jacko doesnt get a sniff!

Proths and Jacko are both reasonable blokes whereas Skins (bless him) could pick a fight in a phone box so he gets to take the free kicks.

Alright, what would have happened at the Accrington game, had skins still been on the pitch when the penalty was given? Would McAllister still have took it?

How do you know he wasn't told he was on penalties if Skins wasn't on the pitch?

I was just commenting on the way in which he seemed to snatch the ball away, as if to say: "I'm taking this penalty and no one else gets a say".

Not at all upset that Jukebox didn't take it, what makes you say that?

Shrewsbury, that's it. It was a horrible, northern place.

Beckham's stayed in the stadium, Jukebox's didn't stay in the atmosphere.

I take it that means that it made it through the atmosphere without burning up!!!!! Was it covered in some sort of special fire proof cover then?!!!

No it just went very slowly.

But to make it through the atmosphere it must have been fire proof. it wouldn't have made it up there otherwise.

He kicked it quite hard.

It doesn't matter how hard he kicked it, it wouldn't have made it through the atmosphere if it wasn't fire proof!

 

How far up did it actually get? any idea?

It wasn't fire proof, it was heat proof though <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

 

I think it went up 12 miles.
