I hate to say it but our one time hero Jimmy Jackson looked slow and tired in the Accrington Game. To be honest he didnt look like he knew what he was doing!!

When is he going to pull his finger out and stat putting some work in - He needs to remember he's not the captain anymore!

I don't think anyone who's knows Jimmy like I do can ever accuse him of not putting in 100% effort. If you cut him in two he has the Fleet Club crest through is body like a stick of rock.

 

He's not been at his fittest this season with several injury setbacks like his recent shin splints.

 

Also, remember Jim is operating to instructions given to him from the dressing room.

 

Once he's back to full fitness I'm sure "Mr Gravesend and Northfleet" will be back to his old self.

Okay sorry for the insults if you had been registered I wouldn't have done that. We get lots of people on here that don't register slag off the team give Andy 'til Christmas to turn it round and start a sack the board campaign because they see it happen at other clubs and it looks like fun. If you have been supporting the Fleet all you life then you deserve my respect and a lot more besides

I agree he was alarmingly off the pace against Accrington, but as RR said further up, I don't think he's finished yet and isn't fully fit. I'd rather have him than Lovell as Skinner's left-back understudy.

after the brilliant goal costing performance the other week? I think we should sell them both (jacko and rouse) while we can. They are very worrying to watch, do not fill anyone around them with much confidence.

I know jackson has been great in the past, but I think that is where it is going to stay.

HHHHHHHHHHHMmmmmmmmmmmmm interesting. When Jacko plays (excluding said control in 2nd accy goal) he has composure skill and basics. Sometimes thats whats needed as opposed to the flair of our wingers hurtling past people. But he has lost pace - who wouldnt as they get older.

Jacko isn't old and slow he is injured and slow... Once he is properly recovered Jacko will again be one of the better players in the side.
