A magnificent result for the lads on Saturday, a result which looks even more impressive in light of Ben and Scott not being available. The team spirit and the work rate in this side is second to none. This is also the fittest Saints team I have seen in a long long while.

 

It makes me die when I read the Cambridge message board going on about injuries etc, how they were out of sorts and just didn't play over the two games. They didn't play because they weren't allowed to play. How hard is that to see?

Woody, City really have had the stuffing knocked out of them with losing four key players over the festive period, but as I said to some of your supporters after the match (NY Day), Boxing day we were no better than a 'Park side', and only marginally better in the second match. Take your six points, your team earned them, I really do wish you well for the rest of the season, you shouldn't have any problems staying up if you're team can keep performing this way. Just watch out (like us) for tired legs, whilest trying to keep hold of that higher postion!
