lol - that's still technically a criminal offence though...

 

I'm sure everybody is aware how i got home. NotTheRealMrsTree could hardly walk, let alone walk in high heels which had recently been filled up with champagne by mr calder...so, gent that i am <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> i stuck her shoes in my back pocket and let her wear my size 11's to protect her feet and walked home in my socks.

 

it normally takes me 15 minutes to walk from the stadium to my house. last night, it took us 45!

I'll answer the question for you Jay, yes we still own the club and no we didn't go 'bust' we were forced to close the double glazing side of our business by our partners Heywood Williams Plc. It is something of a long story and one that I cannot elaborate on at this moment in time. We still have several other successful companies.

 

Gary Calder has been Chairman of HFC for nearly two years now and has been effectively running the club for that period of time. It was not possible during that period for us to be involved in the affairs of the football club due to locational and time retraints.

 

There has been much speculation regarding the club recently including talks of takeovers and share sales, as is usually the case, these talks were just that, talk, and came to nothing concrete. We are looking at various issues surrounding the club at this moment in time and an announcement on the future will be made by the shareholders in due course. As you will be aware I'm sure, shareholders elect Directors to run Companies for them.

 

In the meantime we trust that the fans of the club and indeed our friends from other clubs will continue their support and enjoy a successful new year.

Oh I'm still around Diggsy, never fear. Just regrouping the combined forces, keeping wise council and letting everyone else have their 'two penneth'...(about time you may well say:) <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />
