If anyone can get over the misery, i am interested in how Tamba performed in midfield as i thought from the very little seen of him, he looks a decent midfield player in the JK mould.

I'm not sure I agree with the "in the JK mould" comment. I believe (but stand to be corrected) that Tamba is a right sided midfielder who looks better with the ball at his feet rather than a ball winner. He did "OK" today but did look a little off the pace and at tainme naive. Having said that, he did a couple of good things, and of course he is young.

tamba looked ok nearly had a instant impact with a nice pass trough to rocky wich was messed up some how made a few nice passes and on the hole wasnt a bad player but unlike jk lacks a agressive pyhsical side wich is needed due to his lack of body mass.

So whilst Tamba has still only played less than 90minutes of cmpetitive football in a Gate shirt, in what order of ability would anyone place our triumverate of fringe new midfielders in Benevides, Tamba and Alex.

Benevides must be top as he has started a lot od games for a fringe player.
