The Towners,A team from the Ladies section including two of the last seasons winners of the ETFC quiz,won a quiz friday night by a long way, We are getting warmed up and ready to retain our title.

Bad news for you all. I've had a chat with old Arkwright and all is signed, sealed an delivered for my return to the ETFC quiz night. With Les Gold also on the team, three quarters of the greatest quiz side ever to grace the old T.O.T.E. quiz nights at Southbury Road are back together again (twice winners, twice runners-up in four consecutive years). Not really sure why the rest of you are bothering to turn up! Apologies to all those of you who have already wasted your money on the entry fee for the lateness of this key information.

 

(PS - if it all goes tits up now, it'll be Arkwright's fault!).

I will be assisting Eric and will also be doing the sit down bingo. so once you've bought your raffle tickets from Junior make sure you have spare cash for the bingo or Little Miss Happy may just drive over your toes next time she sees you!
