Try to keep out of record shops

and start a fund to buy ub a new tracksuit.

update....

 

gave up smoking at midnight. lasted an incredible 14 and a half hours until 2.30 until i could take no more & lit one up. then another, then another. still, technically speaking, i've not broken the resolution yet, as the resolution was to give up in 2005....

 

lasted all of about 20 seconds until i thought the keeper had to be made aware of my presence on the eastside....no excuses on that one.

 

so 2 down.

 

i've yet to start training....

 

BUT, i have a 100% attendance record so far this season.
