Pullen or Wilko??

I thought that was what a goalkeeper was for !! 2 or 3 good saves though.

Anybody know why Wilko wasn't on the bench today?

 

I thought both goalkeepers today made some good saves, the pick of the bunch being Pullen's tip over in the second half. I thought that the ball had gone over him but he managed to get a hand to it and knock it over the top.

Wilko had the flu.

 

On today's performance alone, Pullen everytime. In him, we have a keeper that knows when to come out and when he does he gets the ball, not the player.

I have seen (virtually) every Fleet keeper since Eddie MacAlpine in 1967. My first impressions are that he right up at the top with Lee Smelt, Brian Hughes, big Jonny Cowan and Wilko.

Seldom have I seen a Fleet keeper command an area with such confidence and with such clean handling.

We have a star of the future here, and could go on to great things, mark my words!!

Thought he played well basically agree with all the above posts!

Pullen was class, and he made about 2 or 3 saves which kept us in it, i like the way he tries to fire up the fans, and his handling is flawless, also his cross-catching, but wilko has built up a relationship with the fans, with our chants to him etc, he is a fans favourite, theres not much between them at all.
