Not sure who you are, or what you club you are involved in, but Coupwotcoup, is a good guy, he has his critics like me and looking and what you have put above would tell me you want to prove or settle a few scores, BUT, he has a great sense of humour, and very good with words and ideas, which you havent.

 

Have your opinion but Romford dont go bragging, we just get on with things, we dont have fancy this and that, but we got a GREAT small club made up of individials, who have a sense of humour even when things arnt going our way at time.

 

Look on the surface Lovely and take the P!SS but you are a fool, Romford are going places in 2005.

Careful Zody. Look's like they are both ok at giving as good as they get to me. I don't think Town fans have a bad word to say about Romford, apart from perhaps the over aggressive approach to the game at your place this season.

Sounds to me like certain clubs can dish out stick,but can't take it.

 

Also sounds like certain people are lacking a sense of humour.

 

Coup-erman has set himself up as a self proclaimed winder-up of Enfield Town on this forum.Unfortunatly he hasn't quite got the wit or subtlety to carry it off properly.But we let him have his fun,because underneath we know he is a good guy,with Romfords interests at heart.But coup and yourself must expect stick back,if you have a pop at us.

My point of view was reading what you put Lovely, was not the case if you knew what is going on behind the scenes. Have the crack with Coupwot, but dont label me about giving out stick, I have a sense of humour, but some on here are personal and forget the hard work that is done to make a game of football each week.

 

Coup, as I say is a good bloke and a must in a club, his wit is very good as you have found.

 

He doesnt only pick on you lot, he gets a reaction everytime he speaks, an art and professional with it.

 

Reference the game I wasnt there, but self belief and feel good factor are playing a big part, so dont knock it.

 

Whats pleasing is we are part of your history, memories to share and enjoy, agree to disagree and opinions but thats football.

Agreed. Romford are top opponents and know how to give it and take it in good spirit, unlike some johnnies with a nose blled from being so high up the table (I'm talking about YOU, Abbey.)

Okay Luverly Stuffing, let's analyse this properly.

 

1) Glad you are not stuck in the middle of the table with us. We are now 6th (because of the Brentwood fiasco) and you are third in a 15-team league? Beware the ides of March.

2) The Sound Silence? What can that mean, as we are the second best supported side in the league or is it some reference to the urban myth that Paul Simon wrote said song, while sitting on Romford station waiting for the 9.30am to Upminster?

3) Living on a Wing and a Prayer.

Do you actually know what the term means?

 

It means that you're in a desperate situation and you're relying on hope to see you through.

It's one of the more commonly mangled phrases in the language, frequently being confused with: "on a whim and a prayer".
