Lee wants to stay at Dover but things are on hold while things happen behind the scene there.

If Jim Parmenter takes over, I expect Lee to be in a Dover shirt again within days.

It appears that Dover have been tardy in paying their players. I wonder if that includes Mr Shearer and the Fleet for the loan of a quality centre half.

It's a pity that the relationship between Shears and Andy has broken down, the money saved on McCarthy's wages (and I think he is quality too) could have been spent on a striker.

I agree with Chatham Gary, the need for a centre forward far outweighs the need for a centre half, if Shearer had stayed at the club there would have been him, Porter, Moore Popovic and Saunders in extremis who could play there.

Up front looked better against Hereford, hopefully McAllister will get a goal that his hard work deserves.
