sandy says he and his team are still looking over the plans and they will make a join statment when they do. they said the club would be the first to know of their descision. the reason they havent given permision yet they are checking if the company backing the stadium has the funding in place. they also say that they have been working hard on the plans handed in by the club as of the late/last minuite handing in of the plans.

As I said a while ago a decision on this scale takes a long time. To put it in context minor planning applications for residential uses take 8 weeks. This will take far longer.

we cant afford 8 weeks because afte the permission is give we have to wait 13 weeks consoltation befor we can sart building and we need to start building by feb to get it compleated for next season.plus the council said it would only take a couple of weeks their words not mine the even promised the club it would be with them last week.

Was it the media making an incorrect statement that everyone picked up on ?

 

Maybe it was an official TDC statement but is anyone certain of that ?

thats what the council told the club and thats what the bbc got told. thats about last fridays date. how much is true i do not know.
