Bowers Management Team

Can I just say that enough is enough of the slating of the Bowers Management team and in particular Mr D George. I know most of you are having a joke and thats fair enough but isnt it time to pick on someone else. What this man has done at Bowers this season, half of you out there would be chuffed to be seen done at your own respective clubs. We have gone the furthest in the senior cup ever (what other ESL teams are left in it??) we are in the 1/4 finals of the league cup, and still in the Thameside as well as gradually moving up the league.

How about a bit of appreciation for a Manager who has it hard enough at this club without you all jumping on him as well. He is a respected member of the footballing world and anything that happened before he took over is down to somone else not him.

I think the problem is he's too busy appreciating himself, to let others do it.

The fact is he has done well, but I wish he would stop bigging himself up.

Bigging myself up,get real my sole priority is Bowers & Pitsea football club and to give this club as much publicity as possible,this club means the world to me and that im proud to be apart of what we as a club are trying to achieve,as i have said before football is about opinions and that i respect other peoples opinions but i have never ever personally slandered or taken the p-ss out of anybody on this website,its just a shame that people cant do the same.

That's harsh.
I have read Darran's post, I don't consider he has bigged himself up at all, as he says he wants the best for his club. Good luck to you Darran. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Darran made his post AFTER I had made mine. I was referring to other posts made recently.

 

If you read what I said, I was praising Darran's achievements, I was just advising he leaves it to others to say good things about him and his club, rather than doing it himself.

 

It is possible to promote your club on the forum without promoting yourself. i.e. one defeat in last twelve, manager of Essex FA etc.

 

But I do genuinely wish Darran and his team/club all the best for the rest of the season.
