Craig O'connor will be going nowhere..... The Chairman likes him too much and what he says goes no matter who the manager is. He will be back in the side after his 3 match suspension is up.

They only fell out over a poxy holiday.... The sort of thing that happens at a little club like Windsor. The structure at Maidenhead is alot stronger. Players can't buggar off willy nilly without permission... The trouble was our last manager never told the players they could not go.

This seems to suggest that the chairman is the one picking the team and that Den will have to play Craig. If a manager doesn't want to play a player then he shouldn't have to.
