High Hopes Saturday because........

Well we are up against it on saturday. We have hit a bad patch and Weymouth have pulled themselves together and acquired some decent players into the squad lately. What our team does do however, as mentioned in another post somewhere is that we perform to a crowd.

Something that we have been lacking due to circumstances. I would expect a goodish crowd there tomorrow so maybe this will get the lads going. Nothing like stuffing a team in front of their own crowd. They have got to forget about the off field activities. Too much is made of this as an excuse anyway. If the team can get the right attitude going, keep it tight and even take the pressure of the defence by going at them then maybe we will be giving ourselves a chance. My prediction is,unfortunately for a 6-1 drubbing and of course I hope I'm wrong but the odds are stacked against us. But with a large crowd it may, just may help the lads to perform better. You never know!

Yeah just seen it on weymouth forum. Thaks for that Tone. Just think if/when we get back to Hartsdown with 1000 plus every game we will win the league. Think theres no doubting that the team really do up their game in front of a large crowd. Think someone else also mentioned this in a past post.
