I'd be very surprised if he returned. Yes he was a good keeper, but in turn, he was also on a helluva lot of money for this level, and in that respect was a liability.

 

When you have trouble financing a side (alledgedly) you want to save as much money as possible to reduce your outlay. Hopefully, Ullathorne, Gilkes & McPherson will also be either taking substantial pay cuts or not coming back - although Michael Gilkes is most likely to return in a player coach capacity. He was attending a FA coaching course on Monday which is why he wasn't available in the friendly game.
