You might joke about the Maidenhead site but it is very factual. I note some have joked about the Maidenhead site not announcing Dennis's arrival. But who owns the Maidenhead site? Who will have the story all across the back pages tommorow? Me thinks the Advertiser is editing the site so as to increase it's turnover.

I have posted this on the LETS MOVE ON thread, but thought you may like to read it:-

All I have been trying to do is pass on the information I recieve from the people concerned.

 

If Den tells me he isn't going to Maidenhead then I will say Den has told me he isn't going to Maidenhead. I never said he was going, I said that he said he wasn't going.

 

As for players leaving, we all knew that if he left he would be taking players with him. I was never denying that fact. Again I was passing on information given to me by our club secretary and chairman who both said that no players had been released. That could have changed.

 

We cannot stop players who are not on contract from asking to leave. We can try and persuade them not to, but at the end of the day it is their choice. Our may issue is the way that this has been done and will be left to OUR chairman to decide if he wants to do anything about it.

 

But for your infotmation, one of those players that has been training IS on contract.

If you actually read what I posted, which I have copied below, I was not adamant thgat players were staying at Windsor, I said that at the time of posting no players had been released.
