Yep plans great but will the business plan wash with SE. I doubt it somehow. Cat and mouse chuck it out renegotiate and finally except in January too LATE FOR CONF SOUTH STATUS. We will see ina few hours time. Nice clubhouse and excellent evening spent tonight full credit to those battling on.

i dont know if the business plans will wash with sandy as they were not at last nights meeting. but what i have seen of the plans are impressive and would do a lot of good for the area. i can only be a good sign that the council want a pitch on the site of half of the golf course next to the stadium run by the club.

The plans for the commercial development and the ground were very attractive.

There is something in the commercial development for everyone-council,town ,local residents everyone.

It deserves approval and trust that the essential business plan and funding is in place .

I was pleasantly surprised that the ground aspect has not been scaled down more.It remains a stadium as opposed to the minimal requirements that i was anticipating from the revised scheme.

All very worthy ,and just hope that it is not too ambitious for all parties to run with it.
