Am hearing there might be a big clearout of players after last night result can anyone confirm .Rumours are at least two of the strikers are being told they can leave and two midfielders can anyone confirm or deny .Did anyone speak to the management in the bar afterwards?

actually Asa said if AC Milan approached him in january he might have to think about it, otherwise he's happy where he is.

Well i heard we may lose 4 players before the new year and on appearances and performances Asa maybe one of them

On a more serious note, I will be very p****d off if Clarke is brought back. I cannot believe that there are no other good step 5/4 level strikers out there who would relish the thgought of playing in front of 20+ fans most games.

That's a bit unnecessary, no need to be rude. There's plenty of players who have treated ETFC far worse but they get the chance to come back so why should it be any different for Clarkey.

If Clarkey does come back and scores 30 goals and you win the league I'm sure you won't be bothered that he he is only playing for you to pick up his money.

 

If he can earn £100 a week doing something he enjoys why shouldn't he.

I think some people are being very unfair to Danny, he has shown that can score goals at this level,both with Enfield and Ilford. Enfield's main aim for the season is to get out the Essex Senior and to have a player like Danny on board is a step in the right direction.

 

Mr Happy there are better strikers around, but the thing is Enfield are only in the Essex Senior, good strikers will not make the drop to Essex Senior.
