I don't think you should put up with this any longer, it really is time to start getting a bit short with them. As a fellow sufferer, I think you will find it is justified to resort to violence - it makes them laugh, but it stops with a good Headbutt to the kneecaps - nearly as effective as a straight right to the shins. As an alternative if you can jump quite well, try heading a couple of goals, they really don't like that especially if you get a couple of balls into the back of the boxers.

 

Another nice one is to climb up their anoraks and watch the game from their shoulders. Don't forget to express your excitement when we score by kicking your heels, and clapping their ears.

 

So the long and the short of it is not to take it lying down, but give as good as you get!
