Just got back from Council meeting. Leader of Council fielded question confirming deadline for plans submission friday 10th 4.00pm.

Also said that documents submitted DO NOT CONSTITUTE WHAT WAS REQUIRED.

He also said if deadline is missed, without correct documents, the LAND WILL BE RECONSTITUTED !!!!!!!!
