Wasn't sure whether we were both pissed last night when we spoke to the old boy behind the bar at the club about using their downstairs sports facilities?

Why on earth would we play squash in the Thatcher suite when there are the courts downstairs? It's a civilised place mate. I doubt even you would go to your labour club and starting hitting a ball about in the saloon bar.

I believe it was you who said it wasn't cool.

Mate, haven't played since I was at school. They had a lovely sports hall there. Badminton, squash, tennish, 5-a-side, cricket nets... all indoors. There was a fking golf course on the grounds too!

 

You don't know just how keen I am to get young Dylan into private education. There's bound to be some private school teachers and headmasters who use the club. I must get round to conversing with them about this matter.

That's the thing there are so many good contacts to be made there, and everyone is more than happy to help out with advice etc.

I thought the card and bottle of whisky they gave you and Emma was a very nice touch to.

 

Young Dylan should be set up for a very good start. Not to mention the fact he's on a promise in about 15 years and 47 weeks time.
