Yeah, I think I've got SAD, and I don't mean seasonal as in winter, autumn etc, I mean it in a football sense! After reading reviews about how good we were against Grays at the weekend, I was looking forward to the game last night. We were woeful - especially our defence, and also our finishing. I'm sure I nearly fell asleep in the first half! It wasn't exactly riveting stuff, was it? Even a seemingly unfit Ben Walshe looked more lively, when he was brought on as a sub in the 2nd half, than the other lot. Another red card and even more w@nky clichés in the chairmans "column". Marvellous.

Gibbo also made refrence to the cup draw saying how gutted he was and said that was the last time he was going to mention it, which is a shame because I know a few people who would like to keep mentioning it until something is done and questions answered.

Not unnaturally, Gibbo shares the same feelings as all Saints fans. 'Gutted' that we will not see a Premiership side play t'lads in yeller&blue at Clarence Park. My suggestion on another thread that there should be a conspiracy throughout the area to prevent the Chairman learning who Newcastle and Yeading are to play failed, clearly. It was a little optimistic, looking back. Fair play to those who tried, however.
