Both sets of players had a bad game, which was caused by the referee not knowing what he was doing, he would blow for one foul then not another,canvey player injured treated but not sent to side, aldershot player injured treated sent to side left there for ages, no wonder the game didn't flow the players had no chance, Smith was well out of order throwing right hooks at any chance he got. End od day knew was going to be a tough game and is always physical, 2 games against canvey 4-0 2-0 speaks for itself.

Not disputing the results - ultimately you deserved to advance in the cup and take the three points - The general underlying concern seems to be the way the players of both teams have approached the game and the way the officials have not controlled the game sufficiently. We seem to roll Peter Smith out especially for our games against the Shots as he is not always a first team choice.

 

Someone on your forum said "if we think Shots are dirty wait until we see Hereford, Stevenage and Woking", well we have.

 

I can't remember seeing a booking against Hereford - they were to quick and ultimately showed us how to play football and score at least four goals in a game with ease. I actually enjoyed watching them.

 

We have had numerous injuries (not an excuse) and Lee Boylan had his ankle broke at Stevenage. I don't remember Woking being dirty - just an average team with a quick striker.

 

Hopefully, the game at Park Lane will see us play attractice flowing football with two more evenly matched teams and controlled by officials who know what they are doing. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/rockon.gif" alt="" />

There seems to be a lot of Anonymous Aldershit fans putting comments on this forum. Annoying little 17 year old chavs who think it's funny to say things like:

I went on their forum to try to stick up for us and they are just so ignorant that i ended up giving back comments sinilar to theirs because they wound me up so much with their immaturity and mouthyness.

There was one person by the name of Clive (Homosexual name if your from Hampshire) and he was just plain irritating and picked at my words. What a [****!!****] is the only comment i'm gonna make about him!

 

I just gave up in the end because they will always be a bunch of wan*ers, no matter how far up the leagues they climb.
