From the StainesShrimpers web site: "Billericay have not lost at home in the league since the eight of August, and the Swans haven't lost away in the league since the twenty-fifth of September"

This appears to be a run of only two games in the league though:

September

Sat 25th- Away Northwood (RLP) L 2-0

November

Sat 13th- Away Kingstonian (RLP) @ AFC Wimbledon Won 1-0

Sat 20th- Away Cheshunt (RLP) Won 3-0

2-1 to Billericay for me. We haven't played that well recently.

P.S Staines not losing since September is only two games, but it sounds good dosn't it ?

TC said: "6/5 for Ricay win on bet 365....tempeted webbo ? "

Almost TC, but I went for all three of last night's games to finish as draws (all were 5/2 and therefore gave me odds of 42/1!) Good bet for a tenner I thought - lost me money of course, but there you go!

Me and Georgie wandered over for a look last night. Interested in the continuing progress of Ricay of course, but we hadn't seen Staines so far this season. Also enjoyed a long chat with Alan Boon - did he tell you about the welcome he got at Leyton?

I felt you were good value for your win, but made hard work of it late on. Staines were a bit physical and their 8 was lucky not to get sent off for a malicious challenge on your sub.

Good luck against 'Loadsa Dosh' Bertie on Saturday and tell him our Ollie is looking forward to 'welcoming' him at Christmas - he'll know what I mean!

Yeah did get a bit complicated in the second half...the announcer had a "mare" as well...Kieran Gallagher...er...Danny Kerrigan...doh!!!

Must concentrate more...Still, the music is great. Can't wait for the new PA system!!!

I was told Heybridge were at the game as well. They were over heard talking about us and I quote. "1st half, we've got a problem. 2nd half, 'Ricay, no problem, beatable"...Now we know why we made hard work of it...to mug Pikey's into a false sense of security!!!

Crowd was 265, very disappointing, only marginally better than our lowest of the season. Is it just the number of away fans that affects this so much? For example we got 463 for a Tuesday game against Dover. I cant remember how many they brought but im sure it wouldnt have been 200 odd.

In such good form at the moment we should be getting more than that. Any thoughts? While im on the subject, if we got promoted this year, how do you think we would do crowd wise in the conf south? Up a fair bit, or not much difference?

Sorry for going off topic

Cardiff, The real reason imo and i am sure a few others re the smallish gate last night is purely to do with sky killing the game...Last night it was champions league - so consequently any other game that gets played when this is on takes a battering on the gates..However, given the size of the town (population) compared to others in this league we are right up there in terms of attendance...We were talking about this last night and a suggestion came out for (eg) Monday night footie when have midweek home games..

As for the performance last night, there is also a look of togetherness (heard that somewhere before)!! about the team...Massive 3 points that was...
