Hodgey- come on m8 we all know that scabby abbey are were the pikeys are at. Any way as regard to the competition (with fans)we have not had much in the way of this for a while but we are not, never have or never will be intimidated by other clubs supporters. We have been all over england and wales with etfc/efc and have had to 'run the gauntlet' with many oppositions fans, cardiff,yeovil, bishop Auckland, wealdstone and we are still here standing and supporting our team. Towners til i die.

ive met sum real nice people on my travels to away grounds over the years,sum not so nice people either,saturday at the abbey is one of them im affraid.walking through the car park after the game i was abused by the 15-20(approx) abbey fans giving it large !!! my oh my u must think urself so hard against 1 town fan on his own,especially the small guy who remarked "look at that c*** sizing me up" when i stopped & turned round,im sure you would of bin equally as mouthy if you was on your own ???? NOT !!! for any of u morons i was in the black,grey & white combat trousers just to remind u if its slipped your memory.anyway thanks to the abbey fan who saw what went on & offererd me a lift to my car incase they jumped me.

Yep Chopper we've been getting some good crowds recently including 133 last Saturday for the home league cup match with Stansted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Rumour has it that we need 130 payers to cover our matchday costs alone.

having restrained a young ETFC supporter who wanted to " get stuck in" i was amazed to see a group of 20+ WA "supporters" goading 1 lonely ETFC supporter walking out of the car park

It's probably the first time you've been top of a senior league Or had a crowd of over 300. Probably bigger factors in regaard to the 'unruly behavior' than who you were playing.
