i am assuming you are a margate fan who was at the match today.

 

the only luck we had was margate hitting the post in the second half. As you say, we played well - I think the level of our play was more than enough to outweigh any 'luck factor'. Indeed, I reckon we were unlucky not to have been at least 2 up at the break. That made for a nervy finish, and I'm pleased that my pre-match prediction in the ashford bar of 1-1 was wrong.

 

thanks for your wishes though - i was chatting to the fella selling raffle tickets for MISA (margate independant supporters association for the rest of you) - the situation at Margate seems pretty farked up, but the future is looking bright for you. good luck with everything, and cheers for the welcome.
