Also, looking on bright side here with me beer in hand and smoking... this time last season we were ina similar league position we can def push for promotion.... The only thing would we be allowed to go up on a ground share, and even if that isnt an issue surely windsors ground wouldnt be good enuff to let us go up, and while im on this thread, i know i havent been there for about 6 years but isnt Yeading's ground crap? Or has it been revamped? Would they be allowed up? Many questions do you have the answers??

Dissapointed yes ! but not down hearted !

What a team we have ! done us proud !

The town is talking about us ! we are firmly back in focus within our community all we need now is to get back to Slough...This cup run proves we are worthy to represent our town ! and now should be welcomed back....

No more flack...lets see us all get around a big table and talk seriously of how to achieve our aim to return home....

Some great games to come,

Dover - Windsor - and our FA Trophy... all at Stag Meadow ...and it would be great to see those fair weather supporters attend...

UP THE REBELS....

Head's up lads.... WE NEED YOU !!!!

Another positive for you, you can visit Cressing Road on 3rd Round day, instead of a tuesday later in the season.

No offence Mark but I think that has to be one of the most depressing things.

We have to travel to Essex whilst Yeading entertain Newcastle. I know whose shoes I would rather be in. Steve Good or Alan Shearer. Hmmm.

You lot all seem very friendly and I am sure we will have a good day but we have a poor record against Essex teams and I am sure players and fans alike will be thinking what might have been.

However, I agreee with the thread as whole. We have had a great calender year. We have had a great cup run. If you had said to me we would win five FA Cup games knocking out two opponents from higher ranked divisions including a league club I would have taken that.

My final though on the cup run is that at least we will always have the Walsall. Now I am going to hide away from the sporting press for the next month and return when the 4th Round draw is made.

Good luck to Yeading and I hope the ten die hards who came besuited to the league game are very happy and manage to get tickets.
